WebStore supplies the platform. The selected store supplies and fulfils its products or services unless WebStore is explicitly identified as the seller.
Acceptance and eligibility
By using the service, a user agrees to these terms and confirms they can enter the relevant agreement or have permission from a parent, guardian or organisation. If a user does not agree, they must not use authenticated or transaction features.
WebStore's role
WebStore provides technology for discovery, storefronts, catalogues, orders, reservations, messaging, loyalty, analytics and business operations. WebStore is not automatically the seller, delivery provider, payment institution or manufacturer for items offered by independent stores.
The customer-store contract
Unless a checkout clearly says otherwise, a purchase or reservation agreement is between the customer and the selected store. The store controls acceptance, preparation, fulfilment, returns, refunds, guarantees and customer service. These terms do not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
Accounts and security
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials, one-time codes, passkeys and recovery codes, and promptly report suspected misuse. Actions performed through an authenticated account may be treated as authorised until misuse is reported.
Business registration and pricing estimates
The public pricing page provides a non-binding annual estimate based on the business type, published product count and selected module quantities.
Business registration creates a workspace and verifies its owner; registration does not collect payment or purchase selected packs.
The final scope and price are confirmed before billing. Custom work, taxes and third-party usage may be charged separately when applicable.
Vacancies, applications and paid slots
An eligible business can publish one active vacancy for up to 30 days at no additional charge. At expiry the vacancy returns to draft and must be reviewed and published again.
Unless the business contract includes extra capacity, additional active slots are billed at the current price for the business market for each 30-day period. A slot becomes available only after its invoice is approved.
Businesses are responsible for lawful, accurate and non-discriminatory vacancy content and may request only documents relevant to the role. Candidates are responsible for accurate application information.
Compensation shown in a vacancy may use the business's local currency and is information from that business; it is not a WebStore platform fee.
Listings and seller information
Stores are responsible for accurate seller identity, product or service characteristics, prices, taxes, delivery charges, availability, safety information, images, opening hours and policies. Customers should review the store information shown before submitting a request.
Orders, prices and payment
Submitting an order creates a request and does not guarantee acceptance or stock. The final confirmation and status come from the store. Payment options are configured by each store and can include payment at fulfilment, card or transfer. Uploaded payment proof is evidence for store review, not confirmation that funds settled.
Delivery, returns and cancellations
Delivery areas, pickup times, reservation rules, cancellation, withdrawal, returns, refunds and guarantees depend on the store, item, service and applicable law. Stores must present mandatory pre-contract information and honour statutory rights, including any applicable cooling-off period and exceptions.
Store responsibilities
Stores must have authority to trade, offer only lawful and safe products or services, meet tax and consumer-information duties, protect customer data, manage staff access, keep fulfilment records accurate and respond to complaints, recalls, returns and legal requests.
Promotions and ranking
Stores must make promotion conditions, dates and previous/current prices accurate. Search and discovery can consider relevance, availability, location, popularity and current offers. Paid or administrator-selected promoted placement must be visibly labelled and does not guarantee quality or endorsement.
Content and intellectual property
Users retain rights to content they lawfully upload and grant WebStore the limited permission needed to host, display, transform and distribute it for the service. Users must own the content or have permission and must not infringe intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
Acceptable use
Users may not offer unlawful or unsafe goods, deceive customers, manipulate reviews or analytics, send unauthorised marketing, scrape protected areas, bypass access controls, upload malware, probe security, disrupt availability or use the platform to violate another person's rights.
Third-party services
WhatsApp, maps, hosting, storage, payment channels and external links can be governed by third-party terms and availability. WebStore is not responsible for an external service outside its control, but will use reasonable care in selecting and operating integrations it controls.
Availability, suspension and liability
Features can change, be interrupted or be limited for maintenance, security, legal compliance, plan limits or misuse. Accounts or stores may be restricted after proportionate review. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded; otherwise liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes, law and disputes
Updated terms will show a new effective date and material changes may receive additional notice. Applicable law and competent courts depend on the parties and mandatory rules; consumers keep protections that cannot be waived. Contact the store first for fulfilment issues and WebStore support for platform issues.
